I'm a lover of systems, fulfilling experiences and all things organizing. I have my BA in psychology and founded Mind at Ease Organizing in 2013 based on my love for organization, my desire to help others, and my knowledge of the positive impact that organization has on mental health and well-being.

While my journey into entrepreneurship began with professional organizing, over the past decade it has evolved to include virtual assistant (VA) work, systems strategy and VA mentorship. Today, I provide online service providers customized solutions to optimize their processes, tools and tech — so they have more time to grow and scale their biz.
